St Mocha Coffee Shop & Ice Cream Parlour is located next to The Oak Tree Inn in Balmaha, Loch Lomond. The name St Mocha was inspired by the Gaelic Bealach Moc-ha, which translates as The Pass of St. Mocha where the name Balmaha derives from.

St Mocha was opened in 2024 by brothers Stuart and David Fraser, who have a huge passion for amazing artisan brewed coffee. As well as winning rave reviews for the coffee, speciality teas and home baking its customers love the relaxed and beautiful St Mocha environment. Especially popular are the fittings, from door handles to toilet chains that are made out of parts from coffee machines and often photographed by customers! St Mocha serves Loch Lomond coffee roasted on the premises.

The first time we walked into Centre Stables we were struck by its homey feel. We hope you have time to lounge on the kitchen sofa and watch the clouds pass by the skylights, read a book by one of firepits, watch the birds fly in and out of the garden, or have a nap in one of our comfy beds.

With comfy seating for all, the lounge is the perfect spot to watch a movie together. We have provided free access to Netflix, as well as a number of other apps on the 60 Smart TV. There is also a Freesat box so you can watch or record live television. Use our Multi room Audio for a party or celebration. Grab our comfy throw blankets and enjoy.

For more interactive fun, check out our selection of board games in the kitchen dresser. Or let your kids play games or run free in the courtyardgardenand up the hills to view Ben Lomond.

The airy kitchen is our favourite spot in the house. But it is also incredibly utilitarian. Take advantage of its large prep surfaces, Electric 4 Oven Aga , and well-equipped cupboards to create your own culinary masterpiece! You can then choose to eat casually at the big kitchen table, outside on the patio, or go all out and eat in the dining room.
